Amrita Mishra is the partner of the Firm and an Advocate –On –Record. She is a Graduate in Arts and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2009 from Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She has also completed Master in Business Laws (MBL) from National Law School of India University, Banglaore, Master’s Degree in Law(LL.M.) (Distance Learning) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, Certificate Course in Cyber Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi andDiploma in Intellectual Property Laws from harati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She, after qualifying in the exam, has appointed asAdvocate –On –Recordby Supreme Court of India.

She is specialize in Commercial Laws, Arbitration, Banking Laws, Tax Laws including Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013, Indian Contract Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Succession Act and Delhi land Reforms Act etc.

She has also been nominated by various organizations an external member of the Internal Committee (IC) constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. Apart from above, she is also organizing workshop and awareness programs for the employees and IC members on behalf of the organizations as required under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.

She is also having vast experience in Arbitration matters. She has single handed handled as well as argued the matter till the higher Court in Arbitration matter. She is having vast knowledge of Litigation arising out of Arbitration which involves injunction, appointment of arbitration, objection to Arbitration and stay. While working with a leading builder Ashoka Buildwell she got vast experience in BOT Contracts and Arbitration relating to BOT Contract. She is also having good knowledge of Technical Contract and Arbitration arising out of such Contract.

She has been representing her clients before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Consumer Redressal Commission, Delhi Arbitration Center, DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT etc.

She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is having professional membership of “Supreme Court Advocate on Records Association”, “Supreme Court Bar Association”, “Delhi High Court Bar Association”, “Indian Council of Arbitration” (FICCI).
