Chandra Gupta is a Graduate in Science and his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2008 from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

His core practice area is real estate along with other branches of law such as issues pertaining to Banking Law company law matters, commercial contracts, transfer of technology license agreements, marketing human resource agreements, service tax etc.

He is well versed with matters pertaining to real estate legal due diligence, work contract, collaboration contract, Architecture Agreement, Contractor Agreement. He also counsels on matters relating to wills and devolution of property. Chandra Gupta has also been working in matters relating to Sick Industrial Companies (Special provision) Act, 1985 (“SICA”), IEC code, corporate legal due diligence etc. He extensively frames opinions and drafts agreements and notes for clients on an ongoing basis regarding commercial/legal issues/payment mechanism.
