He is a Graduate in Science and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2008 from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprathsa University, Delhi.

He works on matters pertaining to Food Laws, Company law matters, real estate laws and commercial contracts which include transfer of technology license agreements, marketing human resource agreements, He is also actively involved in conducting land title searches, drafting and vetting various LOIs, Agreements to lease, Agreements to sell, lease deeds, sale deeds, conveyance deeds, sublease deeds, addendums etc. and is also involved in litigation related to real estate matters.

Further he also had rigorous and extensive exposure in food laws and has been handling matters relating to Food Laws for quiet a while. He is also supervising the work pertaining to compliances under the Food laws.
