Ravi Mishra is the partner of the firm. He is a Graduate in Science and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) in 2006 from CCS University. He has completed PG Diploma in Cyber Laws, PG Diploma in Tax Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
During his engagement with the leading Law Offices, he dealt with various Government/Public Sector Undertaking, Private National and Multinational clients.
He specializes in the field of Labour, Industrial and Employment/Service related matters and representing his clients in various judicial /Quasi judicial forums including before the Industrial Courts/Tribunals, Provident Fund Department, Employee State Insurance Department, Central dministrative Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Court.
He has been practicing since 2006 and has extensive exposure in the Laws under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, Factories Act, 1948, Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Payment of Bonus Act, 1965, Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 and other Central as well as state acts related to the Industrial/Commercial Establishments.
He has practiced in Labour, Industrial and Employment/Service Laws with a focus upon employment issues, recruitment, classification of employees, wage structures, strikes and lockouts, terms of appointment, terms and conditions of service, layoff, retrenchment, discharge or dismissal, voluntary retirement/separation schemes and other Industrial, Labour and Employment related issues.
He has been providing advisory and consultancy services in the field of Labour, Industrial and Employment/Service laws to a wide variety of clients including private and public sector undertakings, Multinationals, Industrial and commercial establishments besides representing them before the Conciliation officers, authorities under the various Labour Acts and enactments, Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, High courts and Supreme Court. He is advising various Managements/Corporate with respect to compliances under the various Labour Acts and Enactments.
Apart from the above specialized, he has handled various matters civil and criminal litigation under various laws including under Banking, Code of Civil Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Hindu Succession Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Information Technology Act, Consumer Protection Act etc.
He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is having professional membership of Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, Central Administrative Tribunal Bar Association, New Delhi Bar Association etc.
